EXPLORATIONS – MARGINALIA

Here are audits of the detritus that populates are landscape, be it crushed coke cans, discarded Tim’s cups, or the recently arrived iconic face masks one sees everywhere. And then there’s the ever ubiquitous abandoned bicycles of Toronto. In the margins of our rural experience are the oft overlooked final resting places of those that have gone before us. Also here are explorations of the rubble associated with the construction/destruction of the built environment, and of the pavement underfoot, with its own iconography of public works, and the concrete bridges and tunnels around and beneath us.
